Psychotherapy is a dynamic process in which two people, the therapist and the patient, come and work together to help the latter overcome life challenges towards well being, mental health, self development and growth.

People crave stability in order to feel safe. Life however is not static. It flows through constant change, reflected in our relationships with other people, life events, our work, milestones, challenges, our successes and our failures. Although the constant of change is necessary for growth and development, it can also be the source of stress and pressure, that demands for balance and flexibility. A failure, at any given moment in life to maintain balance, may leave the door open for pathology to emerge that can take the form of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or make it challenging to maintain close relationships and employment.

In times like these, psychotherapy can come to offer much needed support, leverage through the therapeutic relationshipand different perspectives from which to look at things, within an unbiased, non critical and compassionate environment.

I can help you navigate through challenging times and feel safe and empowered to make personal breakthroughs in your life. My approach focuses on empowerment that comes with the realization that one is the creator of one’s own experience. The feeling of responsibility that heralds out of this realization, also infuses a sense of liberation based on the awareness that one has the right, as well as the ability to make one’s own choices.

Whether you want to overcome anxiety, depression or relationship issues, if you feel stack or fearful of life transitions, or if you feel confused and need to find clarity, I can help you do that.
